Discover our wine tasting workshops
These workshops take place monthly (except July-August) at Cépages et Terroirs at 7:00 p.m. Dates vary depending on the module chosen.
Module 1 : France
Each session is devoted to a detailed analysis of a wine region. It begins with a theoretical part during which all the characteristics of the region are reviewed (grape varieties, appellations, terroirs, etc.). This is followed by a tasting of six wines with tasting notes.
Module 2 : Italy - Spain -Portugal
As with the module on France, each session is devoted to a detailed analysis of a wine-producing region. There will be six workshops on Italy, two on Spain, and two on Portugal.
Module 3 : Aromas and Grape Varieties
This module will help you learn how to analyze wine. First visually, then olfactorily by recognizing aromas and their origins (grape varieties, terroirs, winemaking, etc.). And finally, gustatorily. The goal is to try to perceive the different markers that identify a wine (grape varieties, region, etc.).
